My New Website

Catalpa Creek Series with "Making Room: A Different Kind of Courage" Book III Coming Soon

My new website is up and running. Yay!!! I start with my thanks to Gabrielle Beaulne and her new company  Noetic for creating it and helping me learn to use it. Working with Gabrielle has been fun. I’ve already learned a lot. She is extremely patient which I needed and will continue to need as I learn more about editing and posting and whatever else is necessary.

Website’s are important for writers. I’ve learned that my readers want to know a little about me. My website is a good place for me to share information. At the moment most of the info is the same but my plan is to add changes and more info in the future.

My books can be purchased through the website. Just click on the “Signed by author” button for the book you wish to purchase. It will bring up a form. Also on the contact page is my email address and phone number. Of course the price of the books is listed. Always there will be an additional cost for shipping. Just remember the more books you order the cheaper per book shipping becomes. Get together with friends and place one order for all of you. Canada Post has bargain boxes. At least they are bargains if you fill them.

In the past, the comment button for my books has not worked. Gabrielle has set up a form where you can write a review about each book. Reviews are particularly important in today’s world. Even I check out reviews when I am dealing with someone new. If you have already purchased one of my books and found it enjoyable and/or useful please take the time to write a comment. I have learned that online shoppers in particular like to consult the comments.

Just a heads-up for fall. The third in my Catalpa Creek Novel Trilogy will be launched hopefully in September. It’s name is “Making Room: A Different Kind of Courage. Once again it’s a cozy mystery novel about Steve and Renée and it deals with current issues based on my own lived experience. I’ll send out an email as soon as I have a cover. Graphic Designer, Sue Reynolds is in the process of designing it and creating the files for printing and Amazon.
